Growth doesn’t happen in isolation; it is a result of interactive relationships. In groups, we have this gift of others around us to encourage changes in our character and spiritual growth.
We are created for connection with God and others. Groups accomplish both. We gather together with others and learn from God’s word. When you share what God is teaching you it helps others and it is good for your own faith!

Life Groups are an essential part of the ministry of Freshwater Church. Sunday mornings provide biblical teaching and the foundation to take God's word deeper on a personal level by discussing, applying, and living it out together in community. Life Groups are where this happens.
God created us with a need to connect: first with Him as our God, and second with a church family of believers.
The Bible reminds us of this calling:
“Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
— Acts 2:46-47
