Mental Health Discussion
Part of removing the stigma of mental illness, is bringing knowledge and awareness so we hosted a Mental Health Discussion, and invited 3 Mental Health Professionals to speak.
"Is your brain a safe place to live?"
In this discussion, the Mental Health Professionals talk about how to make our mind, body, and spirit a safe place to be. This is the first step towards gentle healing. Although healing it is never linear, it is full of grace, patience, and love.
